I went to a yard sale (oh how I love yard sales) a couple weekends ago and I found some Radiant Rains paint. I'm just in love with the way it gives a bit of shine. The effect is like glimmer mist only I don't end up cursing like a sailor when it destroys a project I spent hours working on. It's a paint, so it is much more precise. I played around with it on this layout. I did the flowers, the frame (which started out mauve- I painted it with white acrylic gouache and then used the RR over it). I did the outer bracket in a moss green.
I also wanted to play with some Texture Magic by Delta ( I think...) I put a thick layer around the edge of the layout. It warped a bit, but it should be fine once it is in the page protector.
